I recieved the email saying I was eligible to receive the money from Santander but they sold the account to a debt company. What should I do in this case to remove it off my credit report

Hey if you could please point me in the right direction in finding the specific attorney for filing a lawsuit against Santander if would really help. I've looked everywhere and can't narrow it down to which type of representation I need.

The best way to ask for more is to be thankful. I would like to thank SolutonX Credit Repair for their great customer service. I cannot be more satisfied with the great attention to detail and tenacity that reflected in the results achieved. West and his team were always accessible and open to answer my questions and concerns thank you for your assistance and for helping me restore my credit, your service is greatly appreciated. They boosted my score from low 430 to 740 within few days and deleted the court judgment I had including clearing my credit card debts and recommending a better CC company that helped increase my limit. My family and friends now work withSolutionX and they have being delivering on their promise. Here is how to contact them, just visit Anonymoussolutionx . org OR contact via Email at Fixxhackxspy @ gmail . com

So, from what I read is Santander want me to agree and pay $3,000 up front. That the offer will expire my January. This is not right and who have 3k up front when people are not working amidst COVID. Santander is the devil I tell ya.

Thanks Steven! My Santander update may help some others. 5 calls to the Executive Team have yielded no results. They each stated they do NOT renegotiate loans, have no settlement offers and flat out said I am not covered by Settlement! There is a section in Settlement labeled V. Injunctive Relief… This section covers the loans written after 12/31/19, mine was 4 days after . It basically states if loans fail after that date that every 2 months Santander MUST test those loans as they did previously and if the loan had high ltv %, or Neg. Debt to income then they must forgive loan and Deficiency. The AG offices will continue to validate if Santander is doing things correctly based on the Consent Decree.I recommend anyone in a covered Settlement state file a AG complaint so you have it documented properly.
