    The only thing I don't like is if you have your dividends go back into your fundrise. You still can't touch that for 5 years. So you can't take all your money out at once. Your initial but have to wait for the earned dividends.

    Am I literally the only one that feels these returns seem puny?
    To drop thousands of dollars over a course of nearly 2 years to only have a few hundred bucks come back in profit?
    I realize this is "passive" income… but still.
    I bet he's working his rear off to drop those thousands of dollars per month into a 2% return

    My experience so far is horrible! I began in 2018 with 25k well its true FUNDRISE makes a bunch of money….for themselves! Each project makes 1.2 to 6 million dollars in return but my account only sees 120 a quarter WTF!!! SO you give them your money they move it and they take all the gains you get a Coal in your sock!!!

    Some sad returns here. Under 10%/month is underperforming imo. I'll stick with stock.

    If you don’t own an actual property, then why not just buy a REIT on the open market? Doesn’t make sense.
