One-Minute NIO Stock Price Analysis #Shorts

Quick NIO stock price analysis and outlook in todayโ€™s #shorts video. Shares of NIO have jumped 15-fold in the last year but are they still a good buy?

Like most tech stocks, NIO stock has boomed over the past year but is facing near-term challenges in the stock price. Shares have fallen 32% in the recent selloff and are still trading at a high PE ratio compared to recent history.

Analysts have an average target of $57.43 per share though targets range from $13 all the way up to $90 per share. NIO isnโ€™t profitable yet, expected to report a loss of $0.12 per share this year on about $5.3 billion in sales which would still be 16.9-times on a price-to-sales basis at that average target. For comparison, Tesla right now trades for 13.8-times on its price to expected 2021 sales soโ€ฆhard to believe but Tesla is actually the less expensive choice.

Still, analysts at Mizuho like NIO on its lower cost of ownership and home court advantage in the China market and recommend both EV stocks.

Good Morning Joe!โ˜บ Can you please explain a little more by what you mean or which stocks you consider to be reflation/cyclical sectors? I get your newsletter and you keep mentioning these are the stocks you are sticking with and I'd like to get a firm understanding of this. Thanks for all that you do, you have helped me tremendously. I've deleted and unsubscribed to a bunch of B.S. so I can pay more attention to learning but never miss one of your videos and read your newsletter every morning. Stay Safe!

I been holding Nio since you recommended it at 2.00 a share, and took gains on the way up. There is no price to high for Nio right now for long term investors.๐Ÿ’ฏ

Thank you for mentioning the P/S Nio vs Tesla! Nobody ever talks about that, but it has to be said, if you trash Tesla you also have to trash NIO XPEV and LI. They have higher ratios plus they aren't profitable like Tesla. Somehow being profitable was turned into a negative for Tesla because it could be used to form a P/E ratio to say that it's overvalued LOL.

Can you do a analysis of QYLD/RYLD? I've heard things about them as good dividend investments, but what I hear sounds overly optimistic, and I wanted a more balanced take on the potential risks or downsides, and how one would wisely add it to a portfolio

Went in on nio during the correction recently and ended up nabbing shares at 35 and sold off on a swing at 44. Waiting for the next sales price entry to get back in.
