I am about to turn 30 and I feel super behind saved investments. I never learned about finances growing up, and learned the hard way throughout my 20s. Now it feels like a catch-up game where I'm trying to invest like $800-1000 a month.

Great video! Could you do a more in-depth video on becoming an owner occupied real estate investor? Maybe breakdown some of the obstacles beginners face and provide some tips as someone who’s been through the process.

For the furniture part, if you're really cheap you can literally get free furniture or dirt cheap furniture from people who are moving out. Just go on Craigslist and search the free section or look for posting regarding moving sales or garage sale. Or just drive around your neighborhood you may see people leave furniture by the recycling bin you can take for free. Sure the furniture is going to be used and potentially not last as long, but if you're getting it for free or for dirt cheap, it doesn't really matter.

I just turned 18 this month & invested $2500 in dividends after a lot of research! I used m1 Finance, I have a sucky bank & only have a debit account. What should be my next steps? Roth IRA, Savings account? Where exactly do I open these & how should I go about them?

Don't buy "quality stuffs" in your 20's. You're going to end up moving for whatever reason and selling that Webber grill for pennies on the dollar. Buy quality when you're settled, furniture should not be a concern in your 20s

Saving an emergency fund is more important than all the options and should be done first. This is done to ensure that investing does not stop when life happens and that one does not have to use credit cards. All the options are good.

For 401(k), also look into what the investments they are holding and the expense ratio. But definitely contribute to get the full match since it's still free money.
