What’s Dave’s thoughts on Roth vs Conventional IRA. I’m at that RMD age and suddenly I discover that my required withdrawals are more than I want or need added to my other retirement income.

Are you debt free if you pay rent? Are you debt free if all you owe for is an affordable mortgage payment?

Dear God I come to you in Jesus Name and ask that you would provide a job for the truck driver to live with his wife and kids. We ask that the path would be made clear and this would happen soon, in Jesus name AMEN.

I got into debt when I was in my early twenties and ruined my credit. I inherited some money when I was 25 and paid everything off and I haven't had any debt since then and I am 50 now.

Mr. Ramsey, i was hoping you could touch on the topic of cell phones. Is there a rule of thumb about how much monthly income should be used for a phone purchase. For instance cars should not equal more than20% annual income rule.

Dave man , I love you, keep up the good work. It took me 9 years of hard study to figure out those 9 babysteps before I found you. You should be a requirement for high school graduation.

So my wife and I buy stock through her job at a discount every quarter and have quite a bit into her one stock about $35,000. Stock has gone up quite a bit and continues to do pretty good but slowing down and holding around a certain range. Should we sell some and invest in other stocks or just keep it all there? I know Dave says single stocks are dangerous so not sure what to do?

This is the most well meaning, but dangerous advice I have ever heard. I watch now as entertainment, laughing the entire time.
