What's the point of having a credit card when you can't used it because then your credit score will be mess up?

Gap didn’t cover the end of our auto loan balance. Left us with $3400. Will this ding us for buying a house? Will we need to pay this off first before buying a home?

This should have a different title or add where I can just hear the topic. I want to hear how to raise my credit not the factors etc.

Great information, your videos are very informative, my score is almost at 800(my short term goal). I monitor it each month to see my progress.
What about funding investment accounts via your checking account, is that based for underwriting?

Can you make a video about how to apply for a mortgage loan to get pre approved? I thought by going to a lender, they will do this for you… don’t they check with several finance companies for you? I’m confused in this area….

Thanks for sharing. The other problem is many credit cards will automatically be closed even if you don’t close it if you don’t use it. It has happened to me so what suggestions do you give to your buyers in that case since pouts drop when something is closed.

When you say don’t close the account, what does that mean and how do you keep the accounts open after paying off?

Why does your score drop so bad when you pay off a loan. I'm trying to get my scores up but when I pay off it effects me negatively. I know it has a lot to do with length but its unfair.

So when you make a payment to close out a collection account, it falls off 7 years from that last payment?

Amazing video! Contains the basics to clean up your credit yourself. Love it! I can do this myself and save what I would spend with someone to clean up my credit.

This is a great video! Thank you so much! One question, if you want to see what's on your credit reports is it good to pull of them at once?
I took your advice on checking my credit card scores and bank scores and they vary 50-70 points! even among Transunion! So now I'm confused, shouldn't Transunion scores all be the same?? Help!
