
On July 24th, the Kansas City Chiefs officially announced that they will indeed be returning to St. Joseph, Missouri for their annual training camp. This marks the first time since 2012 that the Chiefs have held training camp in St. Joseph, and the announcement has been met with great enthusiasm from both the Chiefs organization and the local community.
St. Joseph served as the team’s training camp home from 2010-2012 and players and fans alike fondly remember the time spent there. The Chiefs organization is also looking forward to working with the local community in a variety of ways, including team-sponsored events and activities. The Chiefs hope to use this training camp to build relationships with the local community and to give back to the St. Joseph area.
The Chiefs training camp is set to run from July 28th to August 16th. During this time, the team will practice and scrimmage at Missouri Western State University’s Spratt Memorial Stadium. The Chiefs hope to use this training camp to gain momentum and to get ready for the upcoming season.
